It's something I experienced first hand. I've always been active even before I became a personal trainer. Football was my greatest passion. But when I sprained my ankle I learnt very quickly how much I took my fitness for granted. While I considered myself strong, I realised that my training overlooked acute and specific muscles that would have otherwise protected against injury. Mobility, form and strength training are the core to safe, effective and long term fitness success. My recovery involved just that and thankfully I've never looked back. Following this strategy, it wasn't long before I was back on the pitch doing what I love most. I want to do the same for you too.

During this time I've been lucky enough to work with some of the best in the industry, fine tuning my techniques. Through extensive hours of one-to-one and group training I've enhanced this further. Working out for injury prevention or rehabilitation is the best thing you can ever do for your body. At least that's what our clients have told us. Time and time again. Whether it's post surgery, an accident or simply from leading a sedentary life, exercise rehabilitation is all about targeting, strengthening and even stretching acute and specific muscle groups that are crucial for movement and musculoskeletal support. But how exactly does it work?
It involves an initial assessment of your range of mobility and function. And if you work with an osteopath or physiotherapist, we'll be more than happy to liaise with them beforehand to help complement the work they do. Once we have a good understanding of which tissues, muscles, bones, tendons and ligaments need a little extra care, we'll set your fitness into motion. We'll carefully craft a workout regimen that meets your body needs, placing safety and consistency first. This is when the magic happens.
From gentle movements to tensile strength training that increases tolerance to the pressures of daily activities, to full on functional exercises that build stamina, power and flexibility; our fitness regimes support you from tissue damage to repair.
